Dies war das erste Bild der „Scallop“-Serie, das der Künstler Tory gemalt hat. Sie begann mit der Platzierung geometrischer Schichten luxuriöser Grüntöne zu experimentieren, deren warmer, fast brauner Farbton mit kühlen, durchscheinenden Grüntönen kontrastiert.
